Product Reviews

Adding star ratings to your shoppable videos helps build trust and increases conversions. By integrating with Product Reviews, you can showcase authentic customer feedback directly on the video widget, making it easier for shoppers to make purchase decisions.

Set up the integration

Access the menu

To integrate with product reviews app, go to Branding > Popup

Access the menu

Choose a review app

In the Review app dropdown, choose a product reviews app that you would like to integrate.

All listed apps are fully compatible with our widget and will automatically pull in star rating data.

Choose a product reviews app

If you don't want to show star rating, simply choose None of the app from the list.

Save your changes

Click Save in the top-right corner to apply the settings.

Click the Save button
