Tracking performance is the foundation of growth in e-commerce. That's why our Analytics Dashboard is designed to give you a clear, actionable view of how your videos and product widgets are performing inside your store.

In this article, we'll walk you through each component of the dashboard, explain how data is collected, and provide helpful tips to make the most of it.

Analytics Overview

Views

This shows the number of qualified views across all videos in your widgets. A view is only counted when someone watches at least 3 seconds of a video.

If a customer watches the same video multiple times, each session (3+ seconds) is counted as a separate view. Example: If a visitor watches Video A for 3 seconds, switches to Video B, then returns to Video A and watches 3 more seconds → the system records 2 views for Video A.

Click products

The number of click a product from your customers. It indicates initial engagement or curiosity about the product.

If your customer click a product 2 times, it will record 2 times. Even when you activate the "View External Product" feature.

Add to cart

The number of add to cart action from your customers. This shows how many times users added a product to cart after watching a video.

This only works when the widget deactivate the "View External Product" feature.

Sales

Here you'll see sales that originated from Doran, either via product click or add to cart. This helps you identify which content actually drives transactions, not just traffic.

Orders

Top widgets

This section highlights your top 5 widgets ranked by sales impact. You'll know exactly which widgets deserve more promotion, and which may need improvement.

Top videos

This section highlights your top-performing videos – the ones that generated the highest number of sales. This section gives you a snapshot of your most engaging and effective content.
