Shape

This setting lets you choose the shape of the pop widget displayed on your store.

We support 2 formats:

• Circle
• Rectangle

Border

Border radius

Controls how rounded the corners of video item are. It's available for only Rectangle.

Border width

Defines how thick the borders are around each video item.

Border color

Sets the color of the border around each video item.

Display

Repeat the widget after closing

This setting controls whether the widget will reappear after a user closes it.

• Repeat time: The number that defines how long before the widget shows again.

• Repeat unit: The time unit for the repeat interval (Hour, Day, Week).

Hide the close button

If enabled, the widget will not show a close (X) button.

Position

Choose whether the widget will appear on the left side or the right side of the screen.

Offset X

Controls the horizontal distance (in pixels) of the widget from the left or right edge of the screen.

Offset Y

Controls the vertical distance (in pixels) of the widget from the top or bottom of the screen.

Size

Size in desktop

Defines the width/height (in pixels) of the widget when displayed on desktop screens.

Size in tablet

Controls the widget's size on tablet devices (measured in pixels).

Size in mobile

Adjusts the size of the widget on mobile devices.

Player

Display video thumbnail

Shows only the thumbnail image. Customers must click to watch the full video.

Play video automatically

Plays a 3-second loop automatically to grab attention.

Play on hover

Displays a thumbnail first, then auto-plays the video when customers hover.

An advanced option that allows you to fully customize the look and feel using CSS code.
